Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time House Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will travel directly to client residences to perform general and deep cleaning tasks, ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. No prior professional house cleaning experience is required—we provide fully paid training to teach you our efficient systems and safety protocols.
Positions Available:
- Full-Time: [Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM]
- Some weekend availity.
- Part-Time: Flexible scheduling based on your availability. Some weekend availity.
Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, blinds, and woodwork.
- Floor Care: Thoroughly sweep, vacuum, and mop tile, laminate, hardwood floors, rugs, and carpets.
- Kitchens & Bathrooms: Clean, scrub, and sanitize counters, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and kitchen appliances.
- Living Spaces: Tidy rooms, empty trash bins, and occasionally change linens or make beds.
- Client Care: Follow specific client checklists, treat homes with the utmost respect, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Safety & Maintenance: Use cleaning products and equipment safely according to instructions, and report any home maintenance or safety issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Stamina & Physical Capability: This is a highly physically demanding position. You must be able to stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably throughout the day.
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between client locations are required.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for the little details that make a home truly shine.
- Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo and pass a standard criminal background check.
- Comfort with Pets: Must be comfortable working in homes that have dogs or cats.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: [$15.00 – $20.00] per hour, depending on experience.

- Paid Training: Full hourly pay while you learn our standard cleaning systems.
- Travel Reimbursement: Mileage/fuel reimbursement provided for driving between jobs.
